The BIG FIBERGLASS DOORS (BFDs) utilize advanced Torsion Box construction, providing a flat, lightweight structure while maintaining exceptional strength.

TORSION BOX CONSTRUCTION

• A. All BFDs feature an integral Torsion Box construction, ensuring a flat, lightweight design.

• B. Torsion boxes are filled with foam for enhanced thermal performance.

• C. This construction method, combined with a 5mm thick one-piece fiberglass skin, creates a strong and stable door.

• D. The use of 7” LVL (laminated Veneer Lumber) internal stiles on both long edges further enhances stability and durability.
