Shipping & Returns


  • All door orders will be shipped within 10-15 business days or less upon ordering. 
  • All hardware, handle sets and accessories will be shipped the next business day. 


Free Shipping is available on all front door and hardware orders shipped nationwide.

All doors are shipped Fedex freight and all liftgate charges are included. **FEDEX Freight delivers curbside. Fully built doors arrive in large box. Customers are responsible for transporting the door package from delivery truck to location. Please be prepared at the time of delivery.

Hardware orders will be shipped via FedEx ground.

GlassCraft Door only ships within the USA and does not ship internationally. You should allow 2-7 business days in transit before receiving your order. If you want to rush your order, please send us an email request. Note that we do not pay for expedited shipping charges. 

When receiving your order, please check to make sure you have received the correct product. Please do not assemble or install your door or hardware until you have received all correct items from your order.


Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you need to return or exchange your order. For all Door and Hardware orders please fill out the contact form and we will send you a Return/Exchange form. Returns must be sent back in original packaging accompanied by your invoice and Return/Exchange form. As the customer you are responsible for the return shipping and handling. Any returns over 30 days, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To return any product purchased from GlassCraft Door Company, you’ll be required to follow the procedures that apply to your circumstances, outlined below:

Return Procedure:

  • Contact GlassCraft Door Company to obtain a Return/Exchange Form.
  • Print and fill out the Return/Exchange Form
  • Ship Package with the Return/Exchange Form and invoice to:

Damages in shipping and product error:

If you notice damages or defects to your order once it has been opened and you choose to return the order, you are responsible to re-package the order using the item’s original packaging materials and assure that the product is suitable for shipping. You are required to open and inspect your order and report any damages to GlassCraft Door within 30 days of receiving your order. When contacting us about a damage claim please provide images of the damages or defects. For qualifying damaged returns, we will arrange the shipping of your damaged merchandise back to GlassCraft Door and will re-issue a replacement order.

Customer Choice return:

For all returns excluding damages and defects, you must repackage the order using the items’ original packaging materials assuring that the product is suitable for shipping. You are responsible to ship the order back to GlassCraft Door You may use the shipping carrier that is most convenient for you. You are required to contact GlassCraft Door about the return within 30 days of receiving your order. If it is a customer choice return and it has been over 30 days, you may still return the product if it's in the original packaging, but there will be a 15% restocking fee. Please see return procedure above.
